Writing

The Girl Who Would Be King: Currently at a standstill while I do research into the setting. 20,000 words and partway through Chapter 6; also wrote the origin myth for O-Tikkanggan.
My Uncle Simon: An epistolary novella about the eponymous Simon Verrier, written by his niece. One out of six summers written.
O PATER CONFITERI: Concerning the strange events that took place in the 19th century at the Gothic cathedral Löwenthalhaus in Höning. A longer short story. 1,350 words written.

Art

Experimenting with dip pen and ink lately. Digital art has been hard on my wrists, so I haven't done much of it, but I'm training my stamina back up.
Inks tested so far: Colorverse's Rainy Day, Michael Smith's Walnut Ink, Speedball Super Black.

Reading

The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien: Currently on The Two Towers. Reading it has motivated me to write again. What a good story.
Monstrous Angels: An Anthology of Religious Horror by Arwyn Sherman, edited by Brittany McMunn.
The Book of Imaginary Beings by Jorge Luis Borges.
BERSERK by Kentaro Miura.

Playing

Taiko no Tatsujin: Trying to FC songs on Muzukashii using the new INEE Pro Max controller.
Fields of Mistria: Currently in Spring 1. It's alright for playing a little bit at a time. I like that you can save anytime instead of only at the end of a day, like in Stardew Valley. Not gripped by any of the characters—they all seem a little too wholesome, so there's nothing to hook me—but I like the art style and the bug catching/fishing, which are strangely addictive.

Father Brown (1974) with Kenneth More.
The Greengage Summer (1961) with Susannah York and Kenneth More. He makes a better priest than romantic lead.
A Bloodborne longplay on YouTube because I don't have a PlayStation 4 and I doubt my computer will be able to handle the PC remaster.
